It's hard to find anyone making an effort to experience fat freedom that hasn't once before tried this. The undertaking would be to find anyone who has only dieted or made an attempt to reduce fat only once in their time on Earth , particularly in the USA where obesity and being unhealthy has become a cause for alarm with a large percentage of the public, based on many of the news reports. Now what most of us have learned is that there is no hidden agenda to what it takes to become thinner even though the general public are willing to believe the BS of some newly discovered, miraculous approach. But what hypnosis does in the approach of weight reduction is to make the choices and behaviors that it requires to lose weight effortless and more voluntary. Imagine if six months, twelve months or whatever time has passed since the first weight loss program was put into action, you stayed with it? The time is going to go by regardless what we do but when we are consistent with any helpful action we are rewarded with positive outcomes. pretty much everyone who tries isn't able to stick with a weight loss eating plan and exercise schedule for the duration for it to triumph or they get the success they were after but because it was so trying and tiring to fulfill , the day they realize their goal they stop doing that which got them there. All behaviors, good or unhealthy, are stored in the subconscious mind and the subconscious does not respond to force. well known life examples are when we consciously try (use of will power) to either get to sleep or recall something we committed to memory, we become aggravatedand tense because it fails. We all need to know it is really more efficient, comfortable and easy when they get out of the way, remove the conscious in this process. But why then do we keep doing it? Ego. The conscious mind is our ego and almost everyone wants to believe "we" are in control and "we" make things happen. Let me just say it ain't so! Imagine how many mind blowing things that happen below the level of consciousness like cell regeneration, procreation, healing, creativity, the ability to sleep and wake without any conscious thought and even a deeper awareness that we call a gut feeling or our first thought. How frequently do we say, "I knew I should have gone with my first thought?" And we always regret not doing so. But why didn't we? as I already explained, it's ego. Our ego, conscious mind, becomes involved in that subtle thought we get called a gut feeling, analyzes it and thinks, no, that's not what I need to do. Again let me just say, uh-uh! Our gut feeling is our intuition. It's how all of nature exists and functions without any of the downfalls we thinking beings go through. Whenever longing for a change in your behavior, thoughts and feelings that are useless and prevent you from being your best, think about the approach that is safe, natural and effective, hypnosis. If will power worked we would all be what we want to be... but we're not. |
